Taking Steps to Keep You Safe

Pinnacle COVID-19 Safe Practices:

• Field Sales Consultants will not be permitted to attend your home if they are displaying any Covid symptoms or are required to self-isolate following current Government guidelines.
• We will get in touch on the day of your consultation to confirm that you and all members of your household are also symptom free. If you or any member of your household has any symptoms the visit will be postponed, and we will re-arrange your consultation for a later date if necessary.
• We can discuss how you would like the consultation to be conducted. For instance, you may prefer discussions to take place in the garden.
• All Pinnacle consultants are equipped with protective clothing such as disposable gloves and masks and will also bring their own hand sanitiser.
• Any product samples will be disinfected thoroughly before and after every visit and you'll be asked to wear sanitary gloves if you wish to handle them.
• Pinnacle consultants will observe strict social distancing throughout the visit and stay at least 2m away.
• Finally, consultants will clean and disinfect any surfaces in your home they have touched before leaving.

Product demonstrations and colour swatches

Your design consultation is the ideal opportunity to see samples of materials and colours available, and how these might work with the exterior of your home and your existing decor and furnishings. Our expert consultant will work with you, to determine the best option for each room and show you product demonstrations to give you a feel of how your home could be transformed.

Measuring and an accurate free no-obligation quote

Once you have made your product choices, our consultant will accurately take measurements ensuring millimetre perfection each time. We will then be able to provide you with an accurate free quote based on your chosen selections, with no obligation to order.
