Our surveyor will contact you within 14 days of your order to arrange a mutually convenient time for us to carry out an on-site survey at your home. Once a date has been set our surveyor will take precise measurements and document all of your installation and technical requirements. Every detail is covered. Our surveyor will also talk to you about the designs and styles you have chosen and ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your choice. Of course, if you wish to make any changes at this point, you can.

Once we have measured up and surveyed your home, we will introduce you to our installation team.
