“I started out as an apprentice builder for a conservatory and extensions company, Planet Herts, with a day release college placement to obtain a B-Tech national diploma in glazing, carpentry and brick laying.
I spent 10 years at Planet Herts building bespoke conservatories made to order.
I was offered a job in management as a quality control manager for Taylor Wimpey, which i enjoyed for 2 years before being promoted to installations manager, where I stayed for a further 4 years before starting at Pinnacle Home, 3 years ago, where I have found a challenging role, which keeps me on my toes and is exciting.
I am a family man with 4 children, 3 daughters and a son, all under 12.
I am a keen gardener, with a passion for cricket, who likes the quiet time with my kids at home after a long, fulfilling day at work. I love a challenge!”

I started with door to door marketing at the age of 16 as a quick job to earn some money for a holiday. I quickly got my head around how the systems work and the amount of money that was on offer, so I left college to start full time and started earning some good money.
From that I made my way up to managing a team of 20 Canvasser’s and 8 reps, enjoying the earnings of course but it was also nice to watch people grow into the roles we put them in and take their own lives to the next level.
I am now looking forward to helping Pinnacle to continue to become one of the strongest marketing teams around!
